Job DescriptionMust Need: 

● Candidate must be from Greater Toronto Area preferred here.
● Ride sharing or cab company or transportation company experience in HR/ recruitment background.
● Candidates having internal hiring for corporate company experience required.
● Candidates with agency and/or IT consulting focused experience, which isn’t required.
● Experience with sourcing via:
○ LinkedIn Recruiter
○ Entelo
○ hireEZ
○ Candidates who only have experience sourcing via Indeed, Monster, etc., will likely not be a good fit for these roles.

Requirements:

● Technical recruiting experience, in-house and/or agency.
● Specific experience managing technical pipelines (Mobile, SWE, Data Science or Infrastructure).
● Experience sourcing candidates through multiple creative channels (web/social/professional networks, etc.) 
● Has built and maintains a broad network of talent.
● Exposure to high-growth, fast-paced environments.
