Job Description    Job description:  Responsible for working with the ERP GNB Project Director to help in the planning, coordination and reporting of project tasks and activates tied to ERP project workstreams and deliverables. Formulates statements of management, scientific and business problems, establishes procedures for the development and implementation of significant, new or modified computer systems to solve these problems, and obtain approval thereof. Defines and documents the objectives for the project, determines budgetary requirements, the composition, roles and responsibilities, and terms of reference for the project team. Manages the project during the development, implementation and operations start up by ensuring that resources from all service areas are made available Reports progress of the project on an ongoing basis, and at scheduled points in the life cycle to the sponsors of the project. Evaluates proposed computer systems to determine technical feasibility, functional adequacy, and estimated costs for implementation and operation. Meets in conference with program managers and other cognizant officials and states problems in a form capable of being solved. Prepares plans, charts, tables and diagrams to assist in analysing or displaying problems. Works with a variety of scientific, business or engineering tools requiring a sound knowledge of mathematics and management sciences. Must have a demonstrated capability of managing a team of specialists, analysts and programmers. A minimum of three years of demonstrated and verifiable experience as a project manager on projects with multiple stakeholder communities. Describe projects and clearly identify and the multiple stakeholder communities involved and what role each played. Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies and deliverables. Describe the types of PM methodologies used and types of monitoring and control documentation produced to ensure project success. Demonstrated experience in specific project execution activities, such as issue/risk management, change control, implementation and transition to operations. Describe the types of deliverables produced and how they helped ensure project success. Demonstrated communication skills and experience working with business owners and executive level stakeholders (Directors, VPs) to identify and complete project tasks. Please identify: § the executive levels you have dealt with; § what types of communications or interactions you have had; § types of deliverables you generated from the communications or interactions Demonstrated skills and experience using project management/ enterprise project portfolio tools such as MS Project, CA Clarity and other Microsoft Office suite of products. Identify the tools leverage in and how they were applied within your referenced projects. Demonstrated experience and strategies in leading geographically distributed project teams. Describe some of the strategies leveraged for collaboration and support of co-workers. Demonstrated experience in deploying large applications through various environments or sites such as System Test, User Acceptance Testing and/or Production. Describe some of the deployment approaches used and issue to watch for. Demonstrated experience with at least one (1) SaaS implementation with significant business transformation would be an asset. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions is an asset. Provide clear references to any experience gained and provide details on role on the referenced project. Current certification from a recognized professional Project Management association, such as PMP or Prince 2 certification is an asset.

Location: Longueuil, Quebec, J4G 2H9 (Onsite Job) - Drive required for this role

Duration: 3+ months (Possible temp-to-hire role)

Shift: 1st shift - 9 AM to 5:30 PM (M-F)

Required:

Onsite Position

Candidates MUST be bilingual (English/French) - Able to communicate in English and French effectively.

Valid Canada Driver's License

Required as worker will be driving either their own personal vehicle or a Lyft-owned vehicle to and from different laboratories

Description:

Execute engineering validation and reliability testing for the design of new micro mobility Hardwares.

Work closely with reliability and design engineers on understanding of reliability specifications, reliability test setup/procedures, execution of reliability tests as planned and report of test results in a timely manner

Perform bike/scooter/station level environmental and mechanical cycle and repetitive tests.

Help fabricate module level test fixtures for non-standard reliability tests per design provide by the design and engineering team

Support maintenance and repair for prototype test fixtures.

Track and document test reports to be shared with engineering teams.

Able to follow safety guidelines both in the workshop and when out on test rides.
